Heat the paratha on a flat pan for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown. 180°C - 200°C (356°F - 392°F) This temperature ensures: Even browning, crispy outer layers, proper heating through the inner folds without burning or drying out.
Once cooked, place the paratha on a flat surface. Gently press with both hands or clap it to separate and fluff up the layers. This brings out the true softness and layered texture of your poratta.
